皮革城博物馆项目位于皮革城裘皮广场西侧，卡森大厦和裘皮大厦之间区块，共三层，建筑面积3400平方米，主要用于展示海宁中国皮革城的企业文化、发展历程、皮革风尚、皮革史话、党建创新等主要内容。

海宁中国皮革展示馆共有三层，按照博物馆的功能定位和主题诉求，每一楼层从内容逻辑和形式设计上既相对独立、自成体系又完美构成博物馆的整体情节，分合有致，更好的满足不同观众的参观需求、不同情境的接待需要。

二楼分为二个部分：海宁皮革城企业展厅大气、精致、炫动、时尚，世界皮革历史文化和皮革艺术品展厅厚重、大气，营造历史的文化感。

三楼为企业党建展厅，展示各级政府对海宁皮革产业的关怀、培育以及皮城人在党的引领下不断创新发展。
