The new journey is accompanied by a new mission. The new mission that has been given to us is Haining’s top-level design to develop the fashion economy and fashion industry. It also originates from the consumers’ aspirations for a better life and the industry’s voice for improving fashion quality and making it bigger and stronger. 新使命伴随着新目标。20多年的砥砺奋进造就了皮革时尚之都。随着产业发展方式和市场竞争态势的巨变，目标导向、问题导向时刻提醒我们要弘扬首创精神、奋斗精神、奉献精神。下一步，我们要在巩固皮革时尚之都的同时打造秋冬时装之都，实现从皮革、裘皮时尚向大时装、大时尚的扩容升级，从而实现海宁皮革城跨时代的飞跃。

新目标需要新举措。为此，我们将以国际原辅料中心、设计中心、批发中心三大中心的建设为抓手，进一步加强国际合作，线下夯实基础、线上拓展空间，努力实现要素配置的优化和高效，从整体上把海宁皮革城打造成创新能力强、国际合作水准高、高素质人才聚集的产业创新服务综合体。

New goals require new initiatives. To this end, we will focus on the construction of the three centers of international raw and auxiliary materials center, design center, and wholesale center, further strengthen international cooperation, lay a solid foundation for offline development, expand space online, and strive to optimize and make efficient use of configuration. On the whole, Haining Leather City will be built into an industrial innovation service complex with strong innovation ability, high international cooperation standards and high-quality talents.

新举措需要新担当。只有立足实际，突出抓重点、补短板、强弱项，把“两都”建设、引领时尚的使命感和紧迫感融入我们的理念，转化成我们的行动，用发展的眼光和责任担当真抓实干，才能破瓶颈、解难题，实现新一轮大发展。

New initiatives require new commitments.
